Jake's Salsa Recipe

Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
splash or two of olive oil
salt & pepper
sprinkle of ground oregano
pinch of cumin

5 roma tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 fresh jalepeno pepper (remove seeds)
1 orange sweet habenero pepper (remove seeds)
1 small seedless cucumber, peeled
Handful of baby carrots
1/2 large red onion
1/2 bunch of green onions
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 medium size can black olives (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained)
1 small can green chiles (drained)
1/2 bag frozen corn

Mix all drained/diced ingredients, add seasonings.....refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir....

Tortilla chips of choice -- Jacob likes tortilla chips with a hint of lime or Scoops.
