Package frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom, celery or potato soup
1 square butter
1 cup sour cream
2 sprigs chopped green onion
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 T paprika
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup smashed corn flakes
1 tsp softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove potatoes from freezer and let thaw for at least 30 minutes or until you can break them apart.
In a medium suacepan, melt the square of butter.
Stir in cream of ** soup then sour cream.
Add spices then cheddar cheese.
Stir on medium until cheese is melted.
Place potatoes in large mixing bowl then pour sauce over them.
Fold until potatoes are mixed well with sauce.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and add half of the potato mixture.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and add remaining potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix softened butter with corn flakes and add to top of baked potatoes.
Increase oven temp to 425 degrees and return to oven for 10 minutes.
Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
