4 lbs flat beef brisket
⅓ bottle liquid smoke
onion salt
garlic salt
celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour ⅓ bottle of liquid smoke on meat. Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt, and celery salt
directions Bake 1 hour per pound at 250 to 300 . For the last hour of cooking, uncover the meat and brush with barbecue sauce. Return to oven and bake uncovered for one hour more. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Thinly slice meat then add more barbecue sauce and warm before serving. Freezes well.
