1 cup sugar
2 large jalapenos diced finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne or ghost pepper
1 teaspoon grated Ginger
12 oz whole cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar jalapenos lemon juice Cayenne and salt in a heavy bottomed saucepan with 1/2 cup water stir and simmer 2 minutes

Add Ginger and cranberries bring to a boil and then reduce to medium and cook about 15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed stirring occasionally

Transfer to serving dish let cool add more space if desire
