1 Lg. Smoked Whitefish Fillet, de-boned and rough chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
2 Scallions or Green Onions, sliced thin
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Celery Seed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Mustard
EVOO as needed for proper consistency

Blend in food processor until smooth. Remove to medium bowl and serve over 2 square rye appetizer bread.
