1 1/3 cup sugar
½ cup margarine
½ cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sour milk
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
2 cups zucchini
½ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except zucchini and chocolate chips. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips. Put in 13" x 9" pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 45 - 60 minutes (convection 350º for 30 - 35 minutes).
