1 pkg pepperidge farms seasoned coutons
1 Bob Evans pork sausage
1 large onion
1 apple (peeled)
3-4 celery stalks
About 2 cups low sodium chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage. Drain fat. Add chopped onions and celery cook until translucent. Add chopped up apple. Add croutons, mix, then add chicken stock until moist. Bake 1/2 hour - 45 minutes at 350º.

Easily doubled if more is needed
