Dad's Approved Ice Cream Recipe

6 eggs, well beaten
3 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
cup sugar
6 cups whipping cream
8 cups half and half
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Raspberry Pecan:
30 oz. frozen raspberries with syrup
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Maple Pecan:
Increase sugar to 1 cups
Omit Vanilla
Add 1 Tbsp Maple extract and 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Beat eggs well and then add all remaining ingredients into mixer.
Freeze with lots of crushed ice and rock salt.

*You can temper the eggs by heating the half and half and stirring it into the beaten eggs if you're worried about raw eggs.

*For other flavors replace ingredients.

As a child my dad would make this rarely, and we'd only get a tiny taste! It's the richest ice cream you'll ever try...and probably the best!
