4 cups sugar
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups boiling water
¾ cup orange juice frozen concentrate (undiluted)
¾ cup lemonade frozen concentrate
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
5 cups whole milk
3 ½ cups fresh strawberries, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, and boiling water.
Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Add orange and lemonade concentrate.
Stir in whipping cream, evaporated milk, whole milk, and strawberries.
Freeze in a 6-quart freezer.

My friend, Lisa Whitmore, brought this to an ice cream party and I liked it more than any other flavor. Those fresh strawberries and citrus hit the spot and are perfect for a fresh, summer ice cream.
