4 packages of 3 oz orange jello
1 qt vanilla ice-cream softened
1 1/2 cup orange juice
4 cups boiled water
2 ll oz can of drained mandarin oranges
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water.
In large bowl, dissolve the jello in the boiling water. Stir well.
Stir in ice cream and orange juice until blended.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in the drained oranges and pour it into a jello mold coated with cooking spray.
Just before serving, take out of mold.
