1 can of black beans
1 can of un-drained sweet corn
1 can Fire roasted tomatoes- Drained
1 packet of Ranch Dressing mix (powder)
1 tsp. Cumin
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 8oz pack Cream cheese
4 Chicken breast
1 tsp. or more Garlic salt (personal choice)
1 4 oz can of Mild Green Chili's
27 oz of Enchilada sauce
..... Red Cayenne pepper (personal choice)
1 cups of Colby jack cheese (personal choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain & rinse black beans. Place chicken at bottom of pot, then pour out whole can of un-drained corn, drained tomatoes and black beans. Top with all seasonings and ranch mix. Stir together. Place cream cheese on top. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in cream cheese into chili as it melts. Use 2 forks & shred chicken. Stir together and serve.

Idea's to serve with chili: Sour cream, Shredded cheese & Chili cheese flavored Fritos (crushed up... super good!)
