3 egg yolks
6 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice or more if you like
1 T. grated lemon rind
4 T. lemon flavored jello
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6T. sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Mix in pan and bring to boil while stiring, egg yolks, sugar, salt, lemon juice and rind. Combine 4 T. of lemon flavored jello in 1/2 c. boiling water add to first mixture and mix. Let cool. Beat 3 egg whites with 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter and 6 T. sugar. Fold into cool lemon mixture and put in baked pie shell.Cool in refrigerator.
