1½ lb ground chuck
4-5 pieces of bread, cut up into pieces
1 medium onion diced
2 eggs beaten
1 T parsley
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl break up hamburger and mix all other ingredients (except cream of mushroom soup)
Warm up large frying pan with spray Pam
Roll the meat mixture into meatballs and place into pan
Brown on all sides, then add the soup and water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Salt and Pepper to taste.

Serve over egg noodles or with mashed potatoes.
