1 Ready-made graham cracker crust
1 pkg cream cheese
2 envelopes knox gelatin
1/3 cup milk
1 Can of pineapple tidbits, drained
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan mix knox gelatin and milk; bring to a light boil. Take off heat. In a blender mix cream cheese, most of the pineapples (save a few to put on top), lemon juice, vanilla and the gelatin and milk mixture. Mix well, then add to the Ready made crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
