4 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
vanilla wafers
paper baking cups
fruit topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except fruit topping and wafers). Put baking cups into cupcake pan. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of baking cups then fill with mixture almost to the top. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Once cooled add your choice of pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
