1 pkg frozen broccoli
1 pkg frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
9 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 C sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/2 C mayo
2 eggs beaten
french fried onion rings

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw vegetable's overnight. Mix all ingredients (except veggies) together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix with vegetables and bake for 45 minutes and 350 degrees. Add onion rings for the last 15 minutes.
