1 box Mrs. Grass noodle soup mix
1/2 cup Uncle Ben's original rice
1 small onion - diced
1 T butter
1-1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan, melt butter and add the onions. Add the noodles from Mrs. Grass' soup mix. Brown then set aside. In a small pop add the water and the flavoring pkg from the soup mix (sometimes I add a chicken bouillon cube for a little something extra). Bring to a boil and add the rice and the onion/noodles mixture and simmer for 20 minutes covered.
