2- 32 oz bags of southern style hashbrowns
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
48 oz. Chicken Broth
26 oz Cream of Chicken
6 oz. Real bacon bits
8 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp minced garlic
- green onion for garnish
3 tbsp minced or diced onion to taste
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to tastes

In a large crockpot, combine chicken broth, cream of chicken, minced garlic, onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, hashbrowns and half of the bacon bits. Set crockpot on low for six hours. Stir at least once per hour, if possible.

After 6 hours- Set crockpot on high
Cut cream cheese in small pieces and add to crockpot. Leave on High for 1 hour

After 7 hours- Set crockpot back to low
Add shredded cheese and turn on low. Stir well.
8 hours: serve and garnish with bacon and green onion
