2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmet
¼ tsp. mace
Dash cloves
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable or canola oil

FROSTING:
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1 ½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients well.
Pour onto greased jelly roll pan and smooth top.
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Cool and frost

FROSTING:
Cream butter and cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.

Derek's Aunt Brenda brought this to a shower and I had to have the recipe! It was the first time I'd tasted something pumpkin that I absolutely loved. Make sure to refrigerate it!
