1 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 cup water (cold)
1/2 cup milk (fresh)
1 egg
2 1/2 tsp Yeast
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix bread flour, sugar and salt, then add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Set aside..
2. Using bread maker pan, combine water, milk and egg. Slightly mix ingredients, (just to break the egg yolk)
3. Pour in all the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients, make sure dry mixture cover the liquid (do not mix)
4. Lastly, add yeast on top of the rest of the ingredients.
5. Run bread maker; on how make dough.
6. When done, cut it, then make oval shape (size of pandesal, your call) sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Proof at least 1 hour or until double in size.
7. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
