Rotisserie Chicken (has to be from Costco)
Garlic
Onion
Carrots
Celery
Cabbage
Mushroom Soy Sauce (see note)
Green Onions (for toppings)

Directions:
Remove all the meat from the chicken and cut in pieces (leave some meat in the bones)
Boil 4 Quarts of water and all the chicken bones for broth. Boil for at least 30 minutes to get all the flavors.
Sauté garlic and onion. Add the chicken, season with salt, pepper and patis. Set aside.
Stir fry carrots for a few minutes, then add the celery, cabbage. When done, mix the sautéed chicken. Season to taste. Set aside.
In a big wok, pour about 2-3 quarts of chicken broth, bring to boil, then season with pepper, patis, mushroom soy sauce & olive oil.
Add the pan it noodles, stirring occasionally. (Make sure the extra broth is still hot on stand by in case you need to add more).
Season to taste. When done, drizzle a little more olive oil and stir.
