1 cup flour
½ cup finely chopped nuts (optional)
½ cup butter

1-8oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup cool whip or dream whip - whipped
1 large pkg chocolate instant pudding
1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk
3 cups cool whip or dream whip - whipped.
Chopped nuts - or chocolate chips/shavings - optional

Directions:

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix flour, nuts and butter together well and press into a 13x 9 inch greased pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Beat together cream cheese, icing sugar and cool whip. Spread over the cooled baked crust. In a mixing bowl, beat dry pudding and milk together and pour over the cream cheese layer. Ice with Cool whip and sprinkled with nuts or chocolate.

To freeze, leave uniced then ice and garnish with nuts before serving.

Pistachio dessert: Prepare crust and cream cheese layer as directed above. In a mixing bowl, beat together large pkg vanilla puddingand one large pkg pistachio pudding with the three cups milk and carry on as above.
