12oz Al Dente Carba-Nada Fettuccine Noodles, or any fettuccine noodles

1 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

1 tbsp all purpose flour

1 cup vegetable broth

4 tbsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat

4 tbsp shredded Parmesan & Romano

2 tbsp dried parsley

Directions:
1) Bring pot of salted water to a rapid boil. Add noodles and cook till done, about 6 minutes. Drain.

2) While pasta drains add olive oil to pot and heat over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, salt and pepper and cook for about a minute. Add flour and stir into oil till clumpy. Add broth, cook and stir until flour dissolves.

3) Add cream cheese to broth, stirring until completely melted. Add shredded cheese, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the shredded cheese is blended to rest of sauce, turn off heat. Add pasta back into pot and stir around to coat in Alfredo Sauce. Serve and enjoy!
