1 pound 93% lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (15-ounce) container light ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 (24 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 cup water
9 lasagna noodles, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350º.
Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix egg, 1 1/4 cup mozzarella, ricotta, 1/4 cup parmesan and parsley until well blended; set aside.
Drain meat; return to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce and water.
Spread 1 cup of sauce onto bottom of 9 x 13 -inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/2 ricotta mixture and 1 cup sauce. Repeat with 3 more noodles, remaining ricotta mixture, and 1 cup sauce. Top with the last 3 noodles and remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup parmesan.
Cover with greased foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting to serve.
