2 cups crushed graham crackers
⅓ cup sugar
⅓ cup melted butter
Filling:
2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 - 3 ounce package orange jello
1 - 12 ounce container of cool whip (reserve ¼ cup for top)
2 Tbsp. orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of a 9" x 9" pan. Refrigerate until ready for filling.
In small bowl, dissolve jello in 1¼ cups boiling water. Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled jello and orange zest. Mix in cool whip, but don't overmix.
Spoon onto crust. Top with reserved cool whip and orange zest.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
