2 1/2 pounds pork roast shoulder, cut into chunks
1 (7 ounce) can salsa verdé
1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Put the pork, onions, and bell pepper in the crockpot.
Combine salsa, broth, and seasonings. Pour over pork.
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Shred the meat and serve in tortillas with the toppings.
