2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
2 cups fresh (or frozen) cranberries
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine butter and sugar, beat together, add eggs and beat some more. Add milk alternately with the dry ingredients, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir in cranberries.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
Serve warm with butter sauce.

2 cups sugar
1 cup ½ and ½
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium - low heat. Cook 10 minutes or until sugar is melted, stirring frequently. Drizzle a little or a lot over warm cake.
