˝ cube butter
1˝ onions (chopped)
Lots, yes that is what the recipe says of chopped celery
2 lbs. hamburger
large head ice burg lettuce (chopped)
tomatoes
8 oz. Nacho Cheese Doritos©
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain, set aside. Saute onion and celery in butter. In large bowl combine onion/celery mixture, hamburger, chopped lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Just before serving toss in slightly crushed doritos (if you are not eating the whole salad right away, add chips on individual servings).
Serve with Warm Cheesy Dressing

1 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon butter
2 lbs. Velveeta©
small can medium hot green chilis
1 can Ortega© chilis and tomatoes salsa sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter, add Velveeta, green chilis, chilis and tomato salsa, stir til melted.
This is a great dip too!
