2 lbs broccoli, cut up in medium florets
2 T. olive oil
1/2 t. ground coriander
1/2 t. ground cumin
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/8 t. chili powder
1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 T. olive olive oil
zest of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oven to 425. On a large cookie sheet, toss together 2 pounds of broccoli cut up into florets, 2 T. olive oil, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and chili powder. Spread into a single layer and pop into the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, toss together shrimp with 2 Tbs olive oil, lemon zest from one lemon, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. When the broccoli’s been in the oven 10 minutes, add the shrimp to the broccoli and toss (carefully.) Roast another 10 minutes (tossing once halfway through) until the broccoli is tender and golden around the edge.
