¼ cup Butter
¾ cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Orange Juice
1½ lbs Rhubarb (cut)
2 cups Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp grated Orange Rind
⅓ cup Butter
1 Egg (beaten)
¾ cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt ¼ cup butter in 9" pan. Stir in brown sugar and OJ.
Arrange rhubarb on top. Sift dry ingredients and add orange rind.
Cut in ⅓ cup butter until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs.
Combine egg with milk. add to flour mixture. Spread over rhubarb.
Bake at 350º F about 35-40 mins. Cool 5 mins.
Then turn out on serving dish. Serve with ice cream.
