Directions:
Butter 13 x 9 pan. Ready all ingredients before cooking: chop unsweetened chocolate and Hershey bar and add to chocolate chips; count marshmallows. In a 3 qt. microwave bowl, melt butter on high 1 minute. Stir in sugar and milk thoroughly and cook 1 minute on high. Stir in marshmallows and cook approximately 5 minutes on high to rolling boil and until all marshmallows are melted. Stir after each minute and more frequently after mixture starts boiling to the top but marshmallows are not yet thoroughly melted. Remove from the microwave and add chocolate, stirring until all is melted. Add nuts if desired. Pour into the pan and chill. Cut before it is completely cold. Store in Tupperware. Makes about 2 lbs of fudge.
