2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
1 c. pecans
1/3 c. bourbon whiskey
1 c. confectioner's sugar plus additional sugar for coating)
3 T. cocoa powder
2 T. light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Pulverize the wavers in a food processor and put into bowl. Grind the pecans and add to the wafer crumbs. Blend the remaining ingredients (except extra confectioner's sugar for coating) for 10 seconds and add to the mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls that are 1" in diameter, then dredge through poswered sugar. Store in an airtight container for at least 24 hours before serving. Makes 40-48.
