1 uncooked 9 inch deep dish pie shell
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 ¾ cup Libby's Pure pumpkin (15 oz can)
1 ½ cup Carnation evaporated milk

Directions:

Preheated oven to 425º
Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs slightly in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425º for 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350º for 40-50 minutes or until fork inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for two hours. Serve immediately or chill. Do not freeze as this will cause the filling to separate from the crust.
