2 - 3 chicken breasts, chopped
4 c. cooked instant brown rice
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 small can chicken broth
1 small can corn, drained
1 small can black beans, drained
1 pkg. (2 cups) shredded chedder cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and cook the chicken until no longer pink. Mix together with the brown rice, taco seasoning, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Add the corn and black beans and 1/2 of the cheese. Put into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
