2 10 oz. pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 C water
1/2 C butter
1/2 C half and half
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C grated romano cheese
1/2 C grated gruyere cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spinach in water over medium heat until thawed. Add butter, and when melted sprinkle flour over spinach and blend in. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes then transfer to a bowl. Add milk and eggs, stir to blend and add romano cheese. Pour into a greased 9x12" casserole dish. Top with Gruyere cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
