2-5 lb chuck roast
kosher salt
pepper
1 stick of butter
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 Ranch dressing packet
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers (sliced or whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast and sear on both sides on high heat until browned.
Place in crockpot
Add 1 stick of butter.
Add onion soup and ranch dressing packets.
Add a jar of pepperoncini peppers and add a little of the juice

Set your crockpot on low and let cook 6-8 hours, depending on the size of your roast.
When finished cooking, shred the beef. Best served with mashed potatoes.
