3 lb. Hamburger
2 tbsp Bacon grease
2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Beef Consomme
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1-16oz. pkg of shredded Mexian Blend Cheese
2 lb. Bag of Frozen Tater Tots
2 cans water

Directions:
400º In a big honkin' skillet start browning the hamburger.

Grease a large baking pan with bacon grease
Spread Tater Tots along the bottom of the greased pan and place in oven until browned

Add spices to the browned hamburger and stir well
Add soup, consomme and water to the meat. Stir until soup is dissolved.

350º Reduce the oven temperature to 350º

Place half of the browned tater tots to cover the bottom of the casserole dish.
Layer 1/3 of Cheese,then add the meat mixture and another 1/3 of cheese.
Cover with the remaining tater tots and remaining cheese.Cover with foil.

Bake at 350º covered for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cool a bit; then cut into squares to serve.
