1 c. cornmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 TB baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 TB oil
1 TB honey
1 c. milk or buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together. On stove top heat oil in a 9" iron skillet until a drop of water sizzles in oil. Turn burner off and pour batter in, then place in a hot oven. Bake 20-25 mins at 400º. Or grease a 10" pan and pour batter in. Bake at 400º for 30-35 mins. Eat while hot.
