Fruit Mixture:
6 Cups sliced, peeled apples
1 tsp cinnamon, if desired
1 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice

Topping:
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup all purpose flour
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup butter/margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Place apples in unreased, 2 quart casserole pan or 8 inch square baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, water, and lemon juice.
4. In large bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
5. Bake until apples are tender. about 25 minutes.
