1˝ lb beef tips, meat balls, or beef cubes
sour cream
pinch of black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp lowry's season salt
2 tbsp cooking sherry (optional)
1 cup Milk
egg noodles
2 tbsp butter
˝ cup flour

Directions:

Cut mushrooms into chunks, sauté in butter and 1 tbsp of sherry until browned, set aside. Cut beef into bite size pieces (or use previously prepared meatballs) and coat with flour. In medium size skillet measure 2 tablespoons olive oil and over medium heat brown coated beef pieces, set aside.
Using same medium size skillet, (without washing it) empty one can Cream of mushroom soup, Fill can with milk and empty into pan also. Add ˝ of an 18 ounce tub of sour cream. Over low heat mix together until smooth. Lower heat, add beef and mushrooms. Season to taste with Lowery's season salt and black pepper. Cook for at least twenty minutes or until you are sure the beef is cooked through.

Boil water and cook Egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and add a pat of butter, stirring to coat the noodles

Serve over hot noodles
