1 cup sliced peaches
6 TB powdered sugar
½ cup milk

1 tsp vanilla
¼-½ tsp ground ginger
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
