2 Pkgs. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix (cooked according to pkg.)
1 sleeve Saltine Crackers Crushed
2 Cups finely chopped onions
2 Cups finely chopped celery
Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
3 Eggs beaten
4 Cups hot Chicken Broth (more if needed)
1lb. pkg. Pork Sausage, cooked & drained
1 tsp. ea. Sage, Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread 2 days ahead. Crush crackers. Combine. Add seasonings.
Saute onions, celery & mushrooms in 1 stick melted butter. Add cooked Sausage.
Add hot liquid & beaten eggs. Mix & place slow cooker on low for 2 hrs or Cover & Bake at 325º for 1 hour, or until brown.
