1 lb. ground meat (meatloaf mix is best)
½ c. milk
¼ c. Parmesan cheese
½ c. bread crumbs.
1 egg
handful of fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
drizzle of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients together and mix with hands until just incorporated.
2. Roll into about 1½-2" balls.
3. Fry in canola oil on medium high heat until just brown on all sides. Once brown put directly into sauce. Insides will finish cooking in the sauce.
