4 pounds pork ribs (no bone)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup natural hickory seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 gallon water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 (12-oz.) can beer
1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoning salt
1-3/4 cups barbeque sauce

Seaon ribs generously with seasoning salt and garlic powder, then place in a large stockpot.

Add worchestershire sauce, vinegar, beer, hickory and water.

Bring to a boil and cover pot with foil. Turn heat down to medium heat and cook for 2 hours or until tender.

When ribs are tender, pull them out of the liquid and coat with BBQ sauce.

Place ribs on aluminum foil (add favorite vegetables if desired - peppers and onions maybe). Fold up edges of foil and grill to perfection.
