1 lb. veal fillet
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 sliced onion
1/2 sliced bell pepper
1 2-ounce can large whole mushrooms
1/8 cup olive oil
1 ounce sauterne

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except sauterne in a skillet. Saute at high heat until veal is lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Add sauterne and saute at lower heat 10-15 minutes, or until veal is tender. Serve with rice.
