1 cut clove garlic
2 ripe avocados
1 small onion, minced
1 small ripe tomato, minced
Several canned green chilis, minced
Juice of one lemon
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Rub a salad bowl with garlic. Peel and slice ripe avocados and mash them to a pulp with fork, removing any fiber. Add onion, tomato, green chilis, and lemon juice. Mix with enough mayonnaise to make creamy.

Makes 2 cups.
