1 lb. Hot Jimmy Dean sausage
1 lb. Regular Jimmy Dean sausage
3 c. Bisquick
2-8 oz. blocks of cheddar cheese, shredded
4 drops of Texas Pete hot sauce
½ c. of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage, Bisquick, cheddar cheese and hot sauce with your hands. Add water, ¼ cup at a time, to reach desired consistency (add more if needed). Dust hands lightly with Bisquick and roll into 1-2" balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes, or until slightly browned. Remove sausage balls from oven and transfer to paper towels to cool.
