1 lb. zucchini
flour
salt
pepper
6 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup almonds, split
1/2 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the zucchini and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Toss the slices in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the zucchini and fry until golden on both sides. Drain. Arrange the zucchini in a heated serving dish. Fry the almonds in butter until beginning to brown; drain and sprinkle over the zucchini. Heat the cream gently, season with salt and pepper and pour over the zucchini. Serve as soon as possible.

Makes 8-10 servings.
