1 lb Ground Chuck
1 Med Onion (chopped)
1 Green Pepper (chopped)
2 (16 oz) cans Diced Tomatoes (I use petite)
1 (16 oz) can Chili Beans
1 (16 oz) can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Chili Powder (add more to kick up the spice)
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
3/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

In Large pot, cook ground chuck, onions, and green peppers until onions are clear and meat is browned. Drain excess fat and drippings. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.

NOTE: the secret to great chili - smash 1/2 of each can on beans.
