Lb. Fresh Green Beans, cut on slant in haft
2 Tbs. Oil
1/4 cup Water
Tbs. Ginger - minced
1/2 ts. Red Pepper Flakes
Tbs. Oil
2 Tbs. Rice Vinegar
Pepper


Sauce - mix together
2 ts. Brown Sugar
Tbs. Fish Sauce
Tbs. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure the Green Beans are Dry
Heat Oil till you see some smoke
Add Beans
Cook 3 minutes - Don't Stir-
Add Water - put lid on & steam 2 minutes
Make well in center of Beans
Add Oil, Ginger, Red Pepper Flakes - Mix
Add sauce & stir - reduce 1 minute
Off Heat - Add rice Vinegar & Pepper ( to taste)
